The Middlebrooks, Furlow, and McCarthy families
Katie and Patrick’s June wedding was beyond beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for better weather and Biltmore Forest Country Club was the perfect setting for what will always be remembered as an epic party reception. Seriously. This crowd loves to dance. Just check out the images towards the end…. trust me.
I want to give a special shout out to the Davis family and all my Marion friends. 🙂 It was great seeing so many familiar faces.
Many congrats and a blessed marriage to Katie and Patrick! Enjoy the sneak peek.

Wow! I love a Greek wedding! Emily and Sam held quite the reception last week and the dancing was so much fun! The girls took a break from getting ready to “practice” the traditional dance and I think I picked up a few steps… 😉
It has been such a pleasure getting to know the Shawcross family this year. I am also photographing Emily’s sister, Katie, later this year… I can’t wait to hang with the entire family again!
Venue: Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church
It’s hard to believe I met Kaylie as her High School Senior Portrait photographer… and now here I am as her wedding photographer. It’s always such a blessing to witness these life events!
Kaylie and Dalton are such a sweet couple and I couldn’t be happier for them. I loved watching Dalton’s reaction when he saw her approaching down the aisle (longest sidewalk in history) – he couldn’t contain himself. 🙂 And my favorite part of the day was escaping with the couple on a golf cart for a few minutes at sunset to capture some amazing images of the two of them. That said, I think I scared Dalton a bit with my golf driving abilities… it was worth it!
Thanks to all involved in this wedding! It was a great one!

I had an instant connection when I met Melissa the first time in November of 2015. She was spirited and laughed (a lot) and I knew she was my kinda bride! I jumped (actually I flew United...) at the chance to photograph the engagement session for her and Joel in St. Augustine, Florida. We drove through various parts of the historic district and the images were fantastic! It’s hard to believe more than a year has passed since then and here we are…
The wedding day was amazing! Beauty at every turn and of course, Melissa’s laugh throughout the day. It would make anyone smile. Many props to Tara Weddings with Tara who helped the day go by without a hitch. Congrats to Melissa and Joel! Enjoy the sneak peek!

Nope. I’m not afraid of snakes or bugs… “anything for the shot” 😉 I think I was still in my heels at this point?
